How long does delivery take?
Lagos Island / Ajah delivery takes 2–3 days; Lagos Mainland takes 3–4 days. Elsewhere in Nigeria takes 5–7 working days, and orders outside Nigeria take 7–10 working days. Preorder deliveries begin in the second week of November 2026.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, office pickup is available at Thomas Estate, Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria. Contact hello@clovekids.com to arrange pickup before placing an order.
Are the dolls really handmade?
Every doll and crochet kit is made by hand in Nigeria, in small batches. Small differences between pieces are part of the charm, not a fault.
What are the dolls made from?
Hypoallergenic, eco-friendly yarn and stuffing, chosen to be gentle for children. Product pages list the details for each item.
How do I wash a doll?
Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild soap, press out the water without wringing, and dry flat away from direct sun.
Can schools or shops order in bulk?
Absolutely. Email hello@clovekids.com with what you need and when, and we'll come back with pricing and timings.
How do I track my order?
Your order confirmation email has your order number and a link to your order summary and invoice. Reply to that email any time and we'll help.
