Clove Kids International Return Policy

At Clove Kids International, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  4. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  2. Personalized or custom-made products.
  3. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  4. Perishable items or hygiene products.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@clovekids.com or call us at +234 805 475 9616 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure that all original tags, labels, and accessories are included.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Send the package to the following address:  2 Alhaji Sikiru Nollah Street, Royal Palmwill Estate
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Clove Kids International is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Exchanges:
